GAZA – A Third-Way Solution

A proposal for resolving the Gaza conflict through deportation and resettlement, offering Gazans a new life away from the cycle of hatred.

GAZA – a third-way solution

I speak about foreign military policy only about two places: Nigeria and Israel, where I'm on record from long ago AND where some policies say more about American domestic thought than about the nations or the peoples who inhabit or invade them.

It is wise for candidates to shut up about foreign policy, as even the incumbents know little. To the extent they do have knowledge, sharing that knowledge publicly endangers Americans.

So, the little I will divulge about Gaza is a third way. It has simmered for me ever since the 2005 Israel "self-rule for Gazans", but has become acute since the October 2023 attacks by Gazans.

The third way is a new life via deportation. Literally, every Gazan not wanted for overt terrorism is escorted by ship to populate two, three or four uninhabited islands. They are starting over, aided by the West and potentially some peaceful Arab nations.

Why? Gazans' hatred of Israelis can't continue as neighbors. Unless there's some fearless, outspoken "reconcile" advocate who has not been murdered by Gaza's rulers, everyone there now has either been cowed into hatred or riled up into hatred. And every one of them deserves a new life.
